Eligibility

The Snuggie Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories and possessions. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

The Giveaway sponsor is Allstar Marketing Innovations, located at 2 Skyline Drive, Hawthorne, New York. Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, administration, judging, or fulfillment of the Giveaway (including immediate family members of such individuals) are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Entry Period

This Giveaway begins on 12/2/2025 at 12:00 PM and ends on 12/9/2025 at 11:59 PM.

How to Enter

During the Entry Period, read the giveaway post on our Instagram page and follow the instructions to enter. One winner will be randomly selected from the comments.

Limitations on Entries

Limit one entry per person per comment. No third-party entry or entry through any giveaway service is permitted. Any person who attempts, encourages, or submits multiple or false entries under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times, will be disqualified. Use of robotic or automated entry devices is strictly prohibited.

Prize

One (1) winner will be selected to receive:

Approximate retail value varies depending on Snuggie selections. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, if applicable. All prizes are awarded “as is,” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied.

Drawing

The winner will be randomly selected using a random winner generator from among all eligible comments submitted during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about 12/9 at the Sponsor’s principal place of business.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Giveaway and these Official Rules are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, gains unfair advantage, or obtains winner status through fraudulent means. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the natural person associated with the Instagram account used to comment.

If the selected winner is ineligible or not in compliance with the rules, an alternate winner may be selected in a separate random drawing.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official Snuggie account.

If Sponsor is unable to contact the winner within 72 hours, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize will be shipped to the winner within 14 days after acceptance. If the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible comments received.

ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DAMAGE, TAMPER WITH, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

General Terms

By entering, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor may refuse or disqualify any entry at its discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, injuries, or damages arising out of participation. Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced on Instagram on 12/9 and contacted directly via DM by the Snuggie account.
